Join Our Kitchen Team

We’re looking for a strong, reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter to join our team part-time.

This role is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to be part of a solid kitchen team.

Dishwashing is a huge part of keeping service running smoothly, and in our kitchen, this role matters. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Along with keeping the dish pit clean, organized, and moving, this role also includes general cleaning tasks around the kitchen, helping with closing, and some light prep work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment Keeping the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently during service
- Following proper washing and sanitizing procedures
- Helping maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Supporting closing duties, including scrub-down and full kitchen reset after service
- Taking care of garbage, recycling, floors, and other general cleaning jobs
- Helping with light prep when needed Using kitchen knives for simple prep tasks like peeling and trimming
- Assisting with basic shellfish prep, including cleaning oysters




- Supporting the cooks and chefs however needed to keep the kitchen moving

Schedule & Availability

- This is an evening position
- Weekend evening availability is required
- Shifts are typically 6–7 hours
- You must be able to work at night and stay until close
- This role involves helping the team close down the kitchen after dinner service, so reliability at the end of the night is essential

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
