Successful candidates will support residents through case management, personal care, and skill development. Collaboration with colleagues and maintaining effective communication is crucial in ensuring high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with task assignments under Team Lead direction
- Aid individuals with financial matters and budgeting
- Develop and implement Individual Support and Person-Centered Plans
- Facilitate weekly medication setup and reconciliation
- Maintain a safe workplace through home inspections

Requirements:

- 2-year Community College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Police clearance with vulnerable sector screening
- Valid G driver's license for agency insurance
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
