Assist guests by parking their cars in designated areas, assisting with luggage, and providing information about the hotel facilities and services to maximize guest satisfaction.

Greet arriving guests, assist incoming and outgoing guests – parking their cars in designated areas and return vehicle at guests' request in a safe and timely manner. Conduct inspection of vehicle and record information on valet ticket and in Logbook. Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests to increase guest satisfaction and maximize hotel revenues.

Provide guest with local directions in a courteous and accurate manner.



Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner and ensure appropriate action is taken.Provide non-valet parking instructions/guidance/assistance to guests upon arrival. May accept payments for parking fees from departing guests.

Follow established cash/credit handling policies and procedures. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. High School diploma or equivalent plus one year of driving experience.

Must speak fluent English. Frequently standing up and moving about the guest entrance, lobby areas, garage and or other parking/valet areas Running to retrieve cars from valet area Ability to drive cars with either manual or automatic transmissions Reading and writing abilities are utilized often. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
