As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.

Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit) Open availability for on-call work (snow likes to fall at night — hours may be very late or very early) Access to a mobile phone for communication Paid bi-weekly ~ Opportunity for full time, year-round employment if desired at the end of the contract Hiring is ongoing and positions will be filled as required.
