Duties

- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude, making them feel at home
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and reduce wait times
- Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests
- Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS to manage reservations, seating,



and guest billing when necessary

Experience

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly preferred
- Serving or food service experience is beneficial for understanding restaurant operations
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems like Micros POS enhances efficiency in daily tasks
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and excellent phone etiquette
