- Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care
- Complete and update resident clinical assessments
- Implement and evaluate care plans as needed
- Assist with resident care conferences scheduling
- Administer medications and document care accurately Requirements:
- Practical Nurse Diploma and current registration
- 3+ years of experience in seniors’ health
- Current CPR certification
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
