This is a day shift role with weekends and flexible working hours. You'll cultivate a high-performing team, ensuring optimal store management and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the Dulux branch daily
- Achieve sales and profit targets through effective management
- Maintain high standards of customer service across the team
- Drive associate engagement with effective leadership
- Ensure store cleanliness and appealing merchandising displays Requirements:
- One year minimum retail experience required
- Previous retail management or sales experience preferred
- Must be available for flexible shifts, 45 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally
