Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining quality standards and food safety protocols
- Operate POS systems, including to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting guests with menu inquiries and upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food handling duties such as stocking supplies, organizing ingredients,



and ensuring proper storage
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving, cashiering, and food prep

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and general kitchen safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work full-time hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
