Global Outreach Partners is expanding our team and is looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us as Fundraising & Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the public while representing established charitable and non-profit organizations and helping raise awareness for important causes. You’ll have the opportunity to build valuable communication, customer service, and leadership skills while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where every day brings new conversations and opportunities.

Previous fundraising or sales experience is not required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and continued support to help you learn the role and develop professionally.

Compensation

- Starting pay of $18.95 per hour
- Performance-based incentives bringing total hourly compensation up to $24.00 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Participate in team training and development sessions
- Represent charitable and non-profit organizations at fundraising campaigns
- Engage with members of the public in a professional and approachable manner
- Clearly explain the mission and impact of the organizations we represent
- Answer questions and provide information to potential supporters
- Assist individuals who wish to become ongoing monthly donors




- Work collaboratively with your team to meet campaign objectives
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of Global Outreach Partners and our charity partners

Requirements:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Available to work in person in North York
- Able to reliably commute to our North York office
- Comfortable communicating with the public in English
- Available to work Monday through Friday within our regular campaign hours
- Ontario G or G2 driver's licence is considered an asset for certain campaign assignments

Schedule: Our standard campaign schedule is Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Exact scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
