MHM Direct is growing our Dartmouth team and looking for outgoing, motivated people to represent well-known charitable organizations throughout Halifax and Dartmouth.

No fundraising or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive team environment designed to help you develop your communication skills, confidence, and earning potential.

What You’ll Do You’ll represent established charitable organizations through face-to-face community outreach across Halifax and Dartmouth.

You’ll speak with members of the public, raise awareness about important causes, answer questions, and invite interested individuals to support our charity partners through monthly donations.

It’s an active and social role where you’ll meet new people every day, work alongside a motivated team, and develop valuable skills in communication, fundraising and leadership.

Schedule





Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Part-Time: Minimum 3 weekdays per week (12:00 PM–8:00 PM)

No regular weekends

Who We’re Looking For

No experience required. We’re looking for people who are:

- Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
- Positive, reliable and coachable
- Motivated to learn and improve
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Comfortable with an active, public-facing role

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, sports or sales is an asset, but not required.

Growth Opportunities

We promote from within and provide ongoing coaching for people interested in developing into leadership roles.

What to Expect

This is an active, face-to-face community outreach position. You’ll spend much of your day outdoors, on your feet, travelling with your team to different neighbourhoods throughout Halifax and Dartmouth and speaking directly with members of the community.
