Vanguards Team - Fundraising Sales Representative The Vanguards Team is growing, and we’re looking for outgoing, driven people to join our face-to-face fundraising team. As a member of the Vanguards, you’ll speak with members of the public about a charitable cause, answer questions, and invite interested people to become monthly donors.

Sales experience is welcome, but your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn matter most. We provide hands-on training and coaching, with opportunities to develop your sales and leadership skills and grow into a team leadership role within the Vanguards.

What You’ll Do

- Start respectful conversations with people in the field
- Explain the charitable cause and monthly donation program clearly
- Answer questions and provide information to potential donors
- Help interested donors complete their enrolment
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Take part in coaching, training, and team meetings
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Vanguards Team

Compensation & Training This is a commission-based role.

The first week includes paid training at $400, or earned commission if that amount is higher.

A $500 weekly top-producer bonus is available when the qualifying target of 25 or more deals is met.

Full compensation, commission, and bonus terms will be explained during the interview.
