Retail Sales Associate

Do you have a passion for furniture, interior décor, and creating an exceptional customer experience? Furniture Hideaway is looking for a motivated, sales-driven team member who enjoys helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Guide customers in their furniture and décor choices
- Build customer relationships and help drive sales
- Open, prepare, and close the store
- Train, support, and coach team members
- Assist with inventory, stock, merchandising, and operational tasks
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and welcoming

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Customer service leadership experience is an asset
- A passion for furniture, interior décor, sales, and merchandising
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working toward sales goals




- Ability to work Monday–Thursday 8 hours a Day
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
