Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper cash register procedures.
- Provide product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the convenience store area, including merchandising shelves and promotional displays.
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, refunds, or discounts with precision.
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.




- Manage phone etiquette when taking orders or providing information to customers over the phone.
- Support safety protocols by monitoring the premises, conducting routine inspections, and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred; robust customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills coupled with good phone etiquette to assist customers professionally.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
- A friendly attitude with the motivation to deliver outstanding service in a team setting.
