General Labourer – Concrete Coatings

Full-time | Immediate start | One position available

Starting pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience

TaskMaster Epoxy is looking for a reliable, hardworking general labourer to join our concrete coatings crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with opportunities to learn the trade and earn regular raises as your experience, skills, and responsibilities grow.

Duties include:

- Grinding concrete and assisting with shot blasting and surface preparation.
- Preparing cracks and joints for repair.
- Assisting with epoxy, polyaspartic, flake, and quartz flooring installations.
- Loading, unloading, and moving tools, equipment, and materials.
- Vacuuming concrete dust using dust-extraction equipment.
- Cleaning tools and keeping job sites safe and organized.

Requirements:

- Must be prepared to wear a respirator throughout the workday during required tasks, along with all required PPE.




- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Comfortable working as part of a crew.
- Construction or concrete-coating experience is an asset.

Pay and growth:

- $20–$25/hour to start, depending on experience.
- Regular raises as you gain experience and demonstrate reliable performance.
- Opportunity to develop skills in concrete preparation and professional flooring installations.
