General Labourer – Landscaping | $18.25–$22/hr | No Experience Needed

About Us

Mr. Greens Sports & Landscapes builds outdoor spaces across the Lower Mainland — landscaping, hardscaping, artificial turf, decking, and tennis, pickleball and basketball courts for homes and businesses. We're busy and adding hard-working labourers to our crews.

The Role

This is an entry-level, hands-on outdoor job. No experience is needed — we'll train you on the job. If you show up on time, work hard and want to learn, there's room to move up.

What You'll Do

- Dig, shovel, rake and wheelbarrow soil, gravel and base material
- Load, unload and carry materials, tools and equipment
- Help install pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, sod and plants
- Run basic equipment like plate compactors and power tools (training provided)
- Clean up job sites at the end of each day
- Follow directions from the Lead Hand and work safely as part of a team

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and on time, every day
- Good attitude and willing to learn




- Physically fit — able to do heavy, repetitive work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to get to job sites around the Lower Mainland
- Work boots (steel-toe preferred)

Nice to Have (not required)

- Any landscaping, construction or general labour experience
- Valid driver's licence

What We Offer

- $18.25–$22/hr depending on experience and work ethic
- Full time hours, up to 40 per week
