Key Responsibilities

- Machining & Production: Operate mills, lathes, and saws to assist in manufacturing both standard and customized components.
- Tooling & Fixtures: Assist in building and maintaining critical tooling and fixtures for production.
- Automation Setup: Set up robotic and automation equipment.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot equipment issues and proactively repair or replace defective parts.

Skills & Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and service manuals to determine exact work procedures.




- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to meet tight production deadlines.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience with robotics, tool and die making, and CNC operation is a major asset.
