Job responsibilities

Experience & Professional Background

- Demonstrated end‑to‑end understanding of the automotive sales process, from lead generation through delivery and post‑sale follow‑up

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

- Provide strong coaching and leadership to sales team members to exceed performance targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and development, ensuring team members are trained, confident, and aligned with dealership sales processes.

Sales Operations & Reporting

- Provide regular sales performance updates to the General Manager, including forecasts, results, and improvement strategies.

Events & Marketing Collaboration

- Participate in onsite and offsite sales events, representing the dealership professionally.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize events and support the development of advertising and promotional campaigns

Communication, Negotiation & Customer Experience

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply strong negotiation skills to support deal structuring and closing.
- Ensure consistent delivery of a high‑quality customer experience across all sales interactions

Health, Safety & Workplace Compliance

- Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring 100% completion of required health and safety training for the sales team.

Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is considered a strong asset.




- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive automotive sales leadership experience, preferably in a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or senior leadership capacity.
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Valid OMVIC license
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding dealership sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Strong understanding of the complete automotive sales process, including lead management, vehicle delivery, financing, and post-sale follow-up.

Job type: Full-time, Monday – Saturday between the times of 9am-6pm at 40-44 hours per week with one weekday and Sundays as days off.

Compensation : Earn between $100,000 and $110,000 annually through a combination of competitive base salary and commission-based incentives
