Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Ticketing, Packing & Shipping

Location: Halton Hills, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Schedule: Day and afternoon shifts Available

Department: 3PL Distribution Centre – Outbound Operations

Reports To: Department Supervisor

Position Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Seasonal Warehouse Associates – Ticketing, Packing & Shipping to join our outbound 3PL distribution centre in Halton Hills.

This role supports the preparation and shipment of customer products during our peak season. Associates will perform product ticketing and labelling, pack orders,



and prepare outbound shipments according to customer requirements. The successful candidates will help ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready to ship within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply product tickets, price tags, labels, and barcodes according to customer specifications
- Verify product styles, sizes, quantities, and labels against order requirements
- Pack customer orders using approved packaging materials and procedures
- Inspect products and packaging, and report damage, discrepancies, or missing items
- Use RF scanners to scan products and confirm order information
- Seal cartons and apply shipping labels accurately
- Sort and stage completed orders in designated outbound areas
- Build, shrink wrap, and secure skids as assigned
- Meet established productivity and quality expectations while following safe work practices
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep pedestrian walkways clear
- Follow company procedures, customer requirements, and warehouse safety standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Previous warehouse, retail distribution, ticketing, or packing experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail when checking products, quantities, tickets, and shipping labels
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and customer-specific procedures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to safely lift and move cartons weighing up to 50 lbs
- Safety footwear required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Reliable attendance,



punctuality, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- RF scanner experience considered an asset
- Availability to work the assigned shift throughout the seasonal assignment

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent considered an asset
