Lead, develop, and engage a team of procurement supervisors and/or managers responsible for procurement operations. Establish organizational priorities, objectives, and performance expectations, and ensure their effective deployment through frontline leaders. Support supervisors and managers in performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Procurement

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational and operational requirements. Lead and support strategic planning activities, complex commercial negotiations, and critical sourcing decisions. Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Develop and oversee contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions. Ensure material availability to support production requirements through effective leadership of procurement teams.



Oversee procurement performance to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Ensure alignment and coordination of procurement activities across all teams within the organization. Drive the consistent application of processes, priorities, and key performance indicators. Monitor performance metrics and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

Lead supplier performance reviews and oversee improvement plans. Manage supplier-related risks, including capacity, quality, delivery, and financial stability. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Act as a strategic business partner to Engineering, Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Program Management teams.

Lead initiatives to improve processes, systems, and organizational performance. Support business transformation projects and the effective use of ERP/MRP systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Support audits, risk management activities, and compliance initiatives. Ensure the integrity, quality, and traceability of procurement data and key business decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management. ~ Significant experience leading procurement organizations, including the management of supervisors and/or managers. ~ Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-technology industries is considered a strong asset. ~ Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and commercial acumen. ~ Strong analytical, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. ~ Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and performance management tools. ~ Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement. ~ Bilingual proficiency in English and French. ~ Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and organizational transformation.
