· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of glazing installers, apprentices, helpers and labourers.

· Supervise and coordinate the installation of commercial glazing systems, including curtain wall, window wall, storefront, glass doors, glass railings, skylights and canopies.

· Coordinate glazing work with general contractors, subcontractors and other construction trades to meet project schedules.

· Review construction drawings, shop drawings and specifications to ensure proper installation procedures and work methods.

· Monitor installation quality and resolve site problems to ensure work meets project specifications and company standards.

· Coordinate and requisition required glass, aluminum, hardware, tools and other installation materials.

· Train and provide guidance to workers on job duties,



installation procedures and workplace safety.

· Ensure that workplace health and safety procedures and regulations are followed.

· Prepare work progress updates and report project site conditions, material requirements and installation issues to management.

· Completion of secondary school is required.

· 2–3 years of experience in commercial glazing or related construction work

· Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a quick-paced commercial construction environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.50-$39.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
