Lead payroll operations across Canada and the U.S. with Mecka AI as a Global Payroll Manager. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processes, including multi-state and multi-provincial payroll calculations for employees in both countries. You'll also administer competitive advantages programs and leverage partnerships with payroll providers to support a growing workforce.

- Ensure compliance with tax remittances and filings
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries Minimum five years in payroll and benefits management
- Direct experience with payroll in Canada and the U.Strong grasp of all payroll laws in both regions
- Experience with payroll vendors and service management
- Contribute to the success of Mecka AI by ensuring accurate payroll and benefits administration across borders.
