Grader Operator – Starting at $32.00/hr

Watershed 144 Ltd. is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team at the corner of Hwy 144 and Hwy 560, between Sudbury and Timmins, Ontario.

Compensation

Starting at $32.00/hour

$28.00/hr base wage + $4.00/hr bonus

Higher compensation may be offered based on experience, qualifications and an AZ licence.

Qualifications

- Proven grader operating experience required
- Experience with road maintenance
- Experience operating other heavy equipment is an asset
- Valid AZ licence is an asset
- Candidates with an AZ licence and strong heavy-equipment experience may qualify for a higher rate of pay
- Able to safely and efficiently operate equipment
- Reliable, dependable and able to work independently
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Comfortable working in a remote Northern Ontario environment
