We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design who is organized and can keep up with a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

This person would be required to work on site a couple times a week

Working closely with our in-house creative team, you'll help create marketing materials that follow our core brand guidelines,



focusing on email and digital marketing with opportunities to expand to social media and print.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and export weekly marketing emails using branded templates
- Prepare digital presentations for weekly review
- Create and maintain assets across digital channels
- Prep files for digital and print needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create assets as needed
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Ability to work in our offices in Concord (Vaughan), ON twice a week.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience working in Graphic Design
- Experience within the apparel, fashion, or retail industry is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Experience with or interest in copywriting or video editing is considered an asset.
- Strong visual communication skills with an eye for typography, colour and layout
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative setting.
- Experience with or willingness to explore using AI to assist in the creation process.
