Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Greenhouse Labourer to join our dynamic horticultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations within the greenhouse workplace, ensuring healthy plant growth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, transplanting, and pruning of various vertical farming greenhouse crops to promote optimal growth.
- Tie and Secure Plants.
- Hand Harvesting Vegetables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse, including cleaning tools and managing waste disposal.
- Support with loading, unloading, and moving plants or materials using appropriate lifting techniques for heavy loads.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals when necessary.




- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required by the job. Average weight handling Up to 9 kg (20 llbs).
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new techniques in greenhouse operations.

Pay: Up to $17.95 per hour
