Cryotherapy is a health and wellness business in Yaletown, Vancouver offering whole-body cryotherapy and red light therapy. We're a small, established business with a collaborative, relaxed environment, but we're ambitious about where we want to take the brand. We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can help us build and continually improve the system we use to acquire new customers.

We want someone who can look at the entire customer journey, develop ideas, build the systems, test them, and improve them based on what the numbers tell us. Manage and optimize our Meta (Instagram and Facebook) advertising. Develop ad angles, hooks, offers, messaging, and creative concepts Give our content team clear direction on what ads and footage we should produce.

Set up CRM workflows, automations, and customer journeys. Test different ads, offers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences Identify where customers are dropping off and make changes to improve conversion. Help us continually develop a better customer acquisition system.

Ad → Landing Page → Purchase/Lead → SMS/Email Follow-Up → Booking → Customer and actually building and managing the system behind it. You don't need to know every marketing platform in existence, but you should have strong experience with areas such as: Meta Ads / paid social. Direct-response and performance marketing.

CRM and marketing automation. SMS and email marketing. Funnel building.

Experience with platforms such as HighLevel / GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign,



Vendasta, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a strong asset.

Experience marketing wellness, fitness, beauty, local services, DTC, memberships, or subscription businesses is also a plus. We're a small company, which means positive ideas don't have to go through five layers of approval before anything happens. We also have an existing content team, so you won't be expected to personally film everything yourself.

What we need is someone who can help determine what we should make, what we should test, and what we should do next . We are involved with other businesses and projects, and someone who does excellent work with Vital could have the opportunity to take on additional paid work and responsibility over time.
