Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their visit
- Manage guest inquiries both in person and via phone or email, maintaining a helpful and approachable demeanor
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of visitors and address any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean,



organized reception area and assist with event setup or breakdown as needed

Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience that highlights active listening, problem-solving, and positive interaction skills
- Previous guest services or hospitality experience is preferred to ensure excellent guest interactions
- Food service experience is a plus, especially in maintaining hygiene standards and working efficiently under pressure
- Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for creating welcoming environments for all guests
