Head Housekeeper – Inn & Spa

We’re looking for an experienced housekeeper to care for the guest rooms and spa at our small inn. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in thorough cleaning, notices the details, and can take ownership of daily housekeeping standards.

Professional cleaning experience and strong deep-cleaning skills are essential. Experience in a hotel, inn, spa, or similar setting would be an asset.

What you’ll do

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, furnishings, and amenities.
- Clean and refresh spa treatment rooms and shared spaces.
- Complete scheduled deep cleaning, including grout, baseboards, fixtures, accessible areas beneath furniture, and other areas needing extra attention.
- Handle laundry, organize linens, and restock housekeeping and spa supplies.
- Check completed rooms and spa spaces for cleanliness and readiness.
- Organize daily cleaning priorities around guest arrivals, departures, and spa appointments.




- Help guide other housekeeping staff when needed and maintain explicit cleaning checklists.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and supply needs promptly.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately for each surface.

What we’re looking for

- Previous professional housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Demonstrated deep-cleaning experience beyond routine surface cleaning.
- Careful attention to detail and consistent work standards.
- The ability to work independently, manage time, and follow through.
- Practical knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and surface care.
- A dependable, respectful approach to guests and coworkers.
- Experience coordinating housekeeping or supporting a small team is an asset.

Pay: $17.73-$26.48 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
