Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Head Cook to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional food experiences. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, food handlers, and support personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are delivered promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities.
- Develop menus in collaboration with management that reflect current trends and customer preferences.




- Train team members on cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and hospitality best practices.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Extensive food preparation and cooking skills with a strong understanding of diverse cuisines.
- Demonstrated food service experience with knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Strong team management abilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
- Experience in restaurant management or kitchen leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
