Become a Health Care Aide at Lloydminster Region Housing Group's Pioneer Lodge. Assist residents with personal care while fostering independence and companionship in a nurturing workplace. As a Health Care Aide, you will report to the Nursing Manager, working shifts throughout the week, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Your role includes supporting senior residents with daily living activities while ensuring their preferences are prioritized. This position requires a compassionate attitude and readiness to collaborate with the Pioneer Lodge team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support mealtime activities in the dining room
- Provide medication assistance based on prescribed strategies
- Maintain accurate resident records and charts
- Respond to alarms and emergencies with urgency Requirements:
- Certification with the Alberta HCA Directory
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Fluent in written and spoken English
