- Provide personal care with respect for client privacy
- Effectively communicate with clients and families
- Organize and prioritize daily workload and tasks
- Maintain accurate records in an electronic charting system
- Ensure compliance with training regulations and physical requirements
Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
- Experience with cognitive impairment care preferred
- Physical ability to manage patient transfers
