You will work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver protected basic care and services, observe changes in resident status, and contribute to the Nursing Care Plan with insights on residents’ needs and strengths. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic, person-centered care and assist residents in mobility and daily activities, while maintaining safety
