Building More Than a Job

We are currently hiring an experienced Dozer Operator to join our civil construction and earthworks team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dozers to support various site preparation and grading tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on all job sites.

Wage is aligned and determined with experience.

Essential Qualifications:

- 3 or more years of running a Dozer
- Underground Utility and Earthworks constructions experience is considered an asset
- Safely operate dozers to move earth, rock, and other materials.
- Perform tasks such as site grading, slope work, cut and fill, road building, and backfilling.
- Read and interpret grade stakes or work with GPS systems if applicable.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Work with supervisors and survey crews to meet project specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate with other operators and ground crew.
- Follow all company and site safety protocols and procedures.
- Must have your own transportation
- Must have own steel-toes safety boots
- Work Site Environment: Outdoors, confined spaces
- Seasonal, full-time and weekends
