Job Summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking part time daytime crew members who are enthusiastic and dedicated to join our dynamic restaurant team. As part of our crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
