Kay2 Contracting is currently seeking an experienced motivated hands-on site super to join our Calgary team and grow with us.
Job duties
- Service work and completing minor installs.
- Site inspections and cleaning.
- Client walkthroughs and sign offs.
- Regular communication/ updates to PM.
- Pick up/ drop off materials to site.
Job requirements: Must-have:
- Minimum 5 years of proven renovation history.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be outgoing and able to multitask.
- Must be highly motivated and willing to learn and take direction.
- Must be organized and can manage time efficiently.
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
- Having own transport and some tools is an asset.
