DEA Canadian College is seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Management Instructor to join our academic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and industry-focused instruction to students enrolled in our Hospitality Management program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging lectures and learning activities related to Hospitality Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and other learning materials.
- Facilitate discussions and practical, industry-related learning activities.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and student assessment records.
- Support students with their academic progress and learning needs.
- Ensure course content and assessments align with program learning outcomes.
- Incorporate current hospitality industry practices, trends,



and examples into instruction.
- Use the college's LMS and online teaching tools as required.
- Participate in meetings, course development, and other academic activities.

Qualifications:

- Diploma, degree, or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant hospitality industry experience.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and online teaching tools is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
