Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments
- Monitor the front desk area using multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt response to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Conduct routine security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to ensure safety
- Prepare shift reports detailing financial activities, guest interactions, and any incidents or irregularities
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, guest information,



and security logs in compliance with hotel policies

Experience

- Previous night audit experience is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest services with friendliness, patience, and professionalism
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including security protocols and guest privacy practices
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: From $26.93 per hour
