Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on hotel facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues promptly to minimize guest disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee and supervise maintenance staff or contractors when necessary, ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards.
- Use schematics, technical manuals, and control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose problems accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).




- Conduct welding repairs or modifications as needed to support facility infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge across various building systems; familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation controls.
- Skilled in welding techniques for repair or fabrication tasks.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance work.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
