Staff & Operations

Rooms, Property & Supplies

External Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, service providers and relevant authorities on routine operational matters.
- Arrange services, deliveries, inspections and contractor access; obtain information or quotes as needed.
- Maintain necessary records and follow outstanding matters through to completion.
Problem-Solving & Follow-Through
- Respond to guest concerns, urgent incidents and operational problems; escalate significant matters to management.
- Identify recurring problems, improve workflows and recommend practical solutions.
- Complete other reasonable duties and assignments as required by the hotel’s operational needs, with timely follow-through and updates to management.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, property operations or a comparable service environment, including supervisory, team-lead or staff coordination responsibilities.
- Cash handling, transaction review and reconciliation experience required.
- Front desk, reservation or property management system experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, recordkeeping and follow-through.
- Able to supervise staff, organize priorities and solve problems independently.
- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets and electronic records.
- Language of work: English.
