Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry/Rooms team member to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities, ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest. Your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality will help us uphold our reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities to enhance guest comfort.
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a protected working environment.




- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and standards related to cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices is a plus.
