The Wellings of Picton is a vibrant community for independent adults who are 55+.

We are currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members (residents) and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain member suites, common areas, and washrooms
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces
- Make beds and change linens as required
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and paper products
- Remove garbage and recycling
- Follow proper cleaning and infection control procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high standards are met

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred




- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
- Knowledge of health and safety standards is an asset

Work Environment

- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
