Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality service.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding,



and organizing linens and towels.
- Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks or guest requests as needed.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques ensures efficient task completion.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills help in understanding guest needs and collaborating with colleagues effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts is necessary.
