Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each visitor experiences a high standard of hospitality. Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, adhering to established standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and recreational spaces to uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens and towels are properly washed, folded, and stored.




- Support team efforts during busy periods by efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is a plus.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
