Job Purpose The Housekeeping position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel and brand standards. This position supports a positive guest experience through attention to detail, efficiency, cleanliness, and responsive service.

What You'll Do - Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to hotel standards.

- Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
- Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and special housekeeping needs.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property responsibly and according to company procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized condition.
- Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.




- Communicate room status and maintenance needs to appropriate hotel departments.
- Support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements - Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and courteous guest-service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to:

- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver housekeeping supplies and equipment.




- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work with cleaning chemicals and in varying temperatures as required. Technology & Systems Experience with the following is preferred:
