Thefuturetech is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Canada. The role oversees HR policy development, recruitment, coaching of management, and performance/compensation programs. You will ensure legal compliance and manage the safety program to prevent injuries.

Responsibilities include policy meetings, benefits discussions, and ensuring disciplined processes across the organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR experience with solid communication skills.
