Join our dynamic team as an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager, where you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety protocols across our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HSE policies aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections within manufacturing facilities to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations to determine root causes, implement corrective measures, and prevent recurrence.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on safety procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency response to all levels of staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices across manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training activities, inspections,
and audits to support ongoing compliance efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs focused on safety and development.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety laws as well as environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence positive safety behaviors across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant certifications surrounding OSHA are highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
