Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Compensation: $19-$23/hour

C-Care Health Services is a Toronto-based home healthcare agency providing professional and compassionate care services to clients and families across the Greater Toronto Area.

Position Summary The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing providing administrative and recruitment support to the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize employee records and ensure that all certificates and licenses are legitimate, valid, and updated
- Manage the online training platform and distribute course assignments for recent and current employees
- Assist with the hiring process including but not limited to phone screening, interview scheduling, and providing interview feedback
- Assist with the onboarding process including but not limited to collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling new hire orientations, and following up pending documents
- Enter all employee information on the HR database
- Perform other HR administrative duties based on operational needs

Qualifications





- Fresh graduates of Human Resources/Business Administration/Office Administration are welcome to apply
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in human resources or office administration is an asset
