HR Specialist With one truck, a robust work ethic, and an ardent sense of team spirit, Mike and Antonio Giampaolo established Triple M Metal in 1975. Our established and far-reaching geographic network allows us to serve customers from local peddlers to large international organizations with customized recycling solutions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Specialist to support and enhance key HR operations across the organization. This role plays a critical part in HR data management, reporting, compensation processes, and employee lifecycle administration. The HR Specialist will leverage HR systems, including Ceridian Dayforce, to generate insights, improve processes, and support decision-making, while partnering closely with HR Business Partners across multiple locations.

and data management practices Act as a key user for HR platforms including Dayforce, Intellis, M-Files, and Beekeeper HR Reporting & Analytics Own and deliver HR reporting and analytics to support business decision-making Extract, analyze, and interpret workforce data using HRIS tools Prepare reports including headcount, turnover, overtime trends, and compensation metrics HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure completion of documentation and training Maintain performance management records Prepare employment verification letters and HR documentation Support recruitment processes including job requisition tracking Coordinate office access cards and employee name plates. Partner with the HR team to support HR programs across multiple locations Support cross-functional HR initiatives Continuous Improvement Contribute to improvement of HR processes, systems, and reporting capabilities Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field ~2+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or similar role ~ Experience with HR systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce ~ Advanced Excel skills (data analysis; macros an asset) ~ We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, including visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, and persons with disabilities.
