Being a HumanResources Technician with us means playing a key role at our St-Brunofacility, which employs nearly 300 unionized employees. As a true HR resourceperson, you will support employees and managers on a daily basis while ensuringcompliance with the collective agreement, company policies, and establishedpractices.

As a HumanResources Technician , you will contribute to the coordination of severalkey processes, including workforce planning, training, employee movements,temporary foreign worker administration, and various initiatives that promote apositive employee experience in a agile manufacturing environment.

On adaily basis, you will:

- Act as the first point ofcontact for plant employees and respond to questions regarding HRpolicies, programs, and practices;
- Coordinate workforce planningactivities in accordance with the collective agreement;
- Manage permanent and temporaryjob postings, internal employee movements, and support externalrecruitment activities;
- Administer the annual vacationselection process in accordance with the provisions of the collectiveagreement;




- Coordinate internal trainingactivities, including job postings, candidate selection, pre-testing, andadministrative follow-ups;
- Maintain training records andthe skills matrix;
- Actively participate in thejoint training committee and ensure all required administrativefollow-ups;
- Participate in the francizationcommittee and support initiatives that promote the use of French in theworkplace;
- Monitor temporary foreignworkers' work permits and coordinate renewal processes;
- Coordinate activities relatedto absenteeism management and support supervisors with the requiredfollow-ups;
- Maintain employee files andensure data integrity across HR systems;
- Produce various reports,statistics, and administrative tracking documents;
- Collaborate with managers,union representatives, and HR centers of expertise to support operationalneeds;
- Represent the company atrecruitment activities, employee events, and employer brandinginitiatives.
