We are a growing polyurethane manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Director to support daily operations, production output, and product development.
This is a hybrid role combining shop-floor production (30–50%) with operational and team coordination. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, organized, and comfortable working both with their hands and in a leadership capacity. French required, English an asset for suppliers/clients.
