Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trilingual(Arabic, English & French) Immigration Assistant with a strong sales and client-service background to join our team. This role involves assisting Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in communicating with prospective clients, explaining immigration services, conducting initial intakes, and assisting with the sales conversion process. You will work closely with immigration consultants to guide clients from inquiry to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Arabic, English and French language, along with a solid foundation in administrative tasks and customer service principles.

Duties

- Providing comprehensive support to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic, English & French language, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Call and Follow up with leads and assist converting inquiries into clients.
- Explain services, programs, and timelines clearly and persuasively
- Maintain and track sales data accurately to meet quotas and individual goals.




- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to create a positive customer experience.
- Conduct research to provide customers with accurate information and solutions.
- Proofread communications for accuracy and professionalism before sending to clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Arabic, English and French.
- Completion of Immigration Assistant program and knowledge of Canadian immigration processes is an asset.
- Solid persuasive and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent research skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
